Directions Keep frozen. For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 160 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Adjust cook times and heat settings as needed. Refrigerate leftovers. Microwave: 1. Place pouch on microwavable plate. Cut small slit in center. 2. Microwave on high according to chart until thoroughly cooked. 3. Let stand 1 minute. Caution: Hot! Cut off end of pouch; empty spinach into serving dish. Spoon remaining spinach from pouch. Stir. Stove-Top: Place unopened pouch in 3-quart saucepan of vigorously boiling water. Boil uncovered 30 minutes, turning after 15 minutes, until thoroughly cooked. Caution: Hot! Cut off end of pouch; empty into serving dish. Stir. Microwave Wattage (Microwave wattages vary; adjust cook time for the wattage of your microwave. Do not leave microwave unattended): 1200: 6 to 7 minutes on high. 1000: 7 to 8-1/2 minutes on high. 700: 9-1/2 minutes on high.
