Directions Must cook thoroughly - see cook instructions. For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 165 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not thaw. Adjust cook times and heat settings as needed. Refrigerate leftovers. Microwave: Recommended method. 1. Remove pouch from carton. Place pouch, printed side up, on microwavable plate. Cut small slit in center. 2. Microwave on high according to chart until thoroughly cooked. Microwave Wattage (Wattages vary, adjust time for your microwave. Do not leave microwave unattended): 1200: 3 to 3-1/2 min time on high. 1000: 4 to 5 min time on high. 700: 5 to 5-1/2 min time on high. 3. Let stand 1 minute. Caution: Hot! Pull or cut to open.
