Directions Cooking Instructions: Recommended for Food Safety and Quality: 1 cup dry rice = 3 cups cooked rice. 1. In a saucepan, bring desired water & rice to a boil. 2. Cover & reduce heat to low. Simmer for 15 minutes, remove from heat and let rest covered for 5 minutes. 3. Fluff with a fork before serving. 2 Servings (3/4 cup of cooked rice): 1/2 cup rice; 3/4 cup water; 1/2 tsp butter & salt (optional). 4 Servings (3/4 cup of cooked rice): 1 cup rice; 1-3/4 cups water; 1 tsp butter & salt (optional). 8 Servings (3/4 cup of cooked rice): 2 cups rice; 3 cups water; 2 tsp butter & salt (optional).
