Directions Cornbread or Muffins: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Empty contents of this package into medium size bowl. Add 1 slightly beaten egg and 1/3 cup milk. Stir until just combined. Fill greased muffin cups 1/2 full, or use a greased 8-inch pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Makes six 1-1/2 inch muffins.
