Main Ingredients
- 1 box Open Nature® Gluten-Free Brownie Mix
- 1 stick butter, melted and cooled to room temp
- 2 tablespoons water
- 3 eggs, divided
- 1 cup O Organics® Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1/3 cup O Organics® Banana Chips
- 1/4 cup O Organics® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, melted
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350º.
Step 2
In a medium bowl, whisk together melted butter and water. Make sure the butter is slightly cooled, then whisk in 2 eggs.
Step 3
Add brownie mix to wet ingredients and stir just until ingredients are incorporated.
Step 4
In a small bowl, whisk the other egg and stir in the peanut butter.
Step 5
Line a 8x8 pan with parchment paper or spray with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 6
Spoon all but 1 cup of batter into the pan, spreading evenly.
Step 7
Gently put small scoops of the peanut butter mixture on top of the brownie batter all around, and spread with the back of a spoon.
Step 8
Scrape out the rest of the brownie batter into the pan and on top of the peanut butter, then swirl it all around with the back of a spoon again.
Step 9
Scatter banana chips on top of the batter in the pan, placing flat so they aren't jutting out.
Step 10
Bake for about 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the brownies comes out clean, then remove and let cool.
Step 11
Drizzle melted chocolate on top of the brownies and let the chocolate cool to harden.
Step 12
Slice into 12 small squares and enjoy!
