How can I request a donation from Tom Thumb
All requests for donations/grants for all divisions are to go through Click on the “Contact Us” link and locate your division.

Please be advised that company policy states store managers are not allowed to make the decisions on who is soliciting or doing fundraisers in front of the store. This is due to the sensitive nature of the activity. All requests for Donations/Solicitations are handled by Public Affairs.
Can I apply for employment with Tom Thumb online
To learn about employment opportunities at one of our stores, feel free to apply in person. For all other employment opportunities including Pharmacy, Information Technology, Merchandising, Distribution, Human Resources, Marketing etc. please visit the Employment section of our website.
Can I order gift cards online?
Yes! You may order Gift Cards online and they will be mailed directly to your destination. Online gift card orders will not be included with your home grocery delivery order. To purchase Gift Cards online select the Gift Cards option in the quick links section of the footer.
Is there a limit on the denomination or number of a gift cards I can buy?
Yes if you are paying with a credit or debit card. If paying with a credit card, customers are limited to (4) gifts cards or $200 per day. If paying with a debit card, customers are limited to (20) gift cards or $2000 per day unless authorized by a Store Director.
I purchased a gift card that does not have the balance on it
If you purchased the gift card in a store, contact Safeway's Customer Service department at 1-877-723-3929 for assistance. Simply provide the activation and sales receipts information along with the inactive gift card # or packaging.

What products are considered exclusionary items for Tom Thumb promotions
Alcohol, tobacco, stamps, event tickets, lottery tickets, gift cards, money orders, sales tax and prescriptions not paid for by the customer. Yes you can. To view sale items, please visit the Weekly Specials link on the Tom homepage. Simply enter your Zip code, and select "View Weekly Specials" for the store nearest to you.
